Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic hardware?
Yes, we offer a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects on all electronic devices and batteries. This does not cover physical damage or improper use.
Why does my credit card statement show a different name?
Transactions will appear on your statement as 'Vape Batt' or our parent company name. Please check your order confirmation email for full billing details.
How do I know if a battery is compatible with my cartridge?
Most of our products utilize a universal 510-thread connection. Please check the product description of your specific device to ensure compatibility with your hardware.
What is your return policy for unused items?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
In compliance with federal regulations, all shipments containing nicotine or vaping hardware may require an adult signature (21+) and ID verification upon delivery.
