Return Process

Ensure your device is in its original packaging with all included accessories and has been purchased within the last 30 days.

Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your item and include the RMA form inside the box; use a trackable shipping method to send the package to our returns facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
